Terms and Conditions

• The shuttle service is provided to EVA Air passengers only. Reservation must be made 48 hours prior to
  flight departure. To request shuttle service, please call EVA Air reservation at 1-201-626-4030
  (Mondays~ Fridays 8:30AM ~ 5:30PM, except Holidays) or call free number at 1-800-695-1188.
• Passengers holding group , discounted , free tickets are not eligible.
• The shuttle service is a complementary service.  EVA Air will not consider any claim for refund, compensation or substitution arising in connection with this service.
• Baggage allowance for each passenger: Maximum 2 pieces of checked baggage (longest dimension not
  to exceed 62 inches ) and 1 carry-on baggage (longest dimensions not to exceed 45 inches, maximum
  weight 15 pounds.) Said dimension are based on economy class passenger’s allowance. Other classes of
  service may qualify for an increased luggage allowance. If you have oversize items or additional baggage,
  please contact EVA Air reservations prior to departure for further information.
• EVA Air reserves the right to change the shuttle schedule and amend rules without notice.
