    Terms and Conditions
    • The shuttle service is provided to EVA Air passengers only. To request free shuttle service or cancellation, call EVA New York reservation at 201-626-4030, Monday through Friday during office hour ( 08:30 – 17:30 U.S. Eastern Time, except holidays) or call toll free number at 1800-695-1188 for confirmation at least 48 hours prior to flight departure time. However, if the departure date falls on the weekends/holidays or post holidays, require 3 or more days in advance, fails to do so, may not be accepted for the free shuttle service. Passenger's local contact number is mandatory as well.
    • Passengers holding group/discounted/free ticket are not eligible.
    • Due to personal reasons with expectation of long delay at the Immigration or US Customs Hall, such as, first time Immigrant into USA, EVA does not provide shuttle service for those inbound passengers.
    • The shuttle service is a complementary service. EVA Air shall not be liable for any claim for refund / redeem / compensation of this free service.
    • Baggage allowance for each passenger: Maximum 2 pieces of checked baggage (max. 62 linear inches per piece) and 1 carry-on baggage (max dimensions 22x14x9 inches in sizes and 15 pounds in weight.) The said dimension is based on Economy class passenger’s allowance. Baggage in excess of EVA Air's free allowance will be subject to additional charges. Any oversize baggage or extra baggage, please contact EVA Air reservations prior departure for further details.
    • Please be at the pick up point 15 minutes before shuttle departure time.
    • EVA Air reserves the right to change the shuttle schedule and rule set without notice.
